Chef Thaddeus Barton

The Farmhouse at Serenbe, one of Atlanta's original farm-to-table restaurants, serves regional cuisine using locally grown, organic ingredients from the restaurant's own garden as well as from Serenbe Farms and other area producers.

Chef Thaddeus Barton reimagines the farm-to-table menu each month with a focus on seasonal local ingredients. He sources from The farmhouse kitchen garden, nearby farmers and artisanal producers.

The menu changes weekly to highlight the freshest, seasonal ingredients available. The atmosphere of The Farmhouse is casual while still maintaining the fine-dining standards of service that patrons appreciate.

Guests are seated in what served as the summer dining room when the Inn's main house was the Nygrens' personal home. The intimacy of its days as a family dining room can still be felt today.
